Vibeke is a very patient teacher for us non-tech people. Her video tutorials were super helpful and now I have a whole library to go back to when I want to make updates or quick fixes myself. She was very accessible, professional, responsive to feedback, and supportive along the website-creation process.

I really appreciate how transparent Vibeke was about billing and her services. She kept track of the hours she was spending on my projects and was very clear how much each additional change or service might cost.
